职位描述： 政府事务专家-医疗 Main Duties to be performed: Be mainly responsible for policy information accumulating and analysing in aspects of healthcare reform, medical insurance and price policy, and provide policy basis for company strategy planning establishing; impact government to set up company-benefited policy in central level of payment price, essential drug and healthcare economics, and impacting marketing environment with benefited central policy. To establish the strategy planning, for central level to make a three-year above evaluation on the healthcare reform, medical insurance and price policy to company strategy planning and business development. Provide central policy analysis for company product strategy; give a timely analysis, early warning and accurate judgement on the relevant key industry policy. rational payment price of In produSuccessfully complete annual central-level objectives, including the entry of National reimbursement drug list and defence products management by NEDL; set up the cts, benefit to company; design and organize policy study projects and seminars coordinated with central government. Actively participate in the activities of related associations, cross-cooperation with PA including but not limited: RDPAC, CPIA etc., in order to promote company image and enhance the position and influence in associations. Complete reimbursement and health relevant government affairs and price projects in central level. Be responsible to lead the HE/ PE. Establish an effective communication platform with relevant government departments, including but not limited: healthcare office, MOHRSS, MOH, NDRC, SFDA, MIIT etc. Promote and enhance company’s brand and image, actively affect government to set company- benefited policy, reduce and delay adverse policy effect to the company; establish a communication channel between policy framer and company management level; pay close attention to the action and policy adjustment of key stakeholders and policy framers, prior obtain central-level industry policy; establish and develop central-level policy early warning report system, accumulate, analyse, explain and make suggestion toward related industry policy, promote company management level to have an overall and accurate understanding to policy adjustment, trend and its business meaning. Lead team to put our company products into the NRDL, prevent company products into NEDL;Lead team to impact and set up the rational payment price of company products, benefit to company. Actively participate in the activities of related associations, including but not limited: RDPAC, CPIA etc., on order to promote company image and enhance the position and influence in associations.
