职位描述： Essential Responsibilities • Design, plan and organize main training programs with business requirement and support commercial team to improve business ability • Coaching and accompanying sales for professional customer visiting • Identifying sales gap and update training model and content • Collect Training feedback and evaluate training effectiveness • Deliver, track and improve coaching plan with sales manager • Deliver the training courses with business requirement • Perform other duties assigned About Us GE is the world's Digital Industrial Company, transforming industry with software-defined machines and solutions that are connected, responsive and predictive.
