职位描述： Essential Responsibilities  Lead cross team projects to optimize/simplify systems and tools:  Perform on-site systematic deployment and integration (SFDC, MMI, etc.)  Interact with business colleagues to push /drive the deployment issues and user tests  Perform/Collaborate necessary technical/user documentation such as System composite illustration, User training documents  Drive customer satisfaction by maintain the information basis of various systems:  Maintain the related business information into the MMI & SFDC  Issue the system bugs to IT/Vendor and push compensation confirmations.  Daily system usage training.  Coordinate internal/external resource to ensure implementation.  Other system relative work requested by the direct manager. Qualifications/Requirements • Bachelor Degree, major in Operation or related. • 2 years or above of work experience in project management, referred with CRM/SFDC deployment related work experience • Good English capability in both spoken and written • With high integrity value, positive work attitude and highly committed • Ability to work within a matrix organizational environment • 6-Sigma training experience highly preferred • Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities 职能类别： 其他
