职位描述： In the framework of his/ her employment as Business Development / Licensing Specialist of Midas Pharma GmbH Shanghai Representative Office the Employee will:l Closely coordinate the ongoing in-/ out- licensing projects by supporting activities throughout development and/or commercial phases in the view to achieve the Team’s target/ budget of each project set up by the Company;l Efficiently support product screening, market analysis, regulatory evaluation etc. to identify/ recommend suitable importation/ in-licensing projects (of APIs, FDFs, bio-tech, consumer healthcare);l Recommend profitable products (FDFs, biotech) for exportation/ out-licensing in accordance with the Company’s development strategy;l Proactively report to the Business Development / Licensing Team of any market, industry and regulatory updates in the Chinese pharma sector;l Provide any support to the Business Development / Licensing Team in the view to achieve the collective Team targets set up by the Company.Skills and Competencesl Familiar with the Chinese Pharmaceutical industry preferably with 1-2 years of experience in the Business Development position;l Pharmacist, Chemist or Biochemist graduation preferred;l Fluent English (both written and spoken);l Excellent analytical skills;l Strong communication skills;l Strong team-working spirit;l Self-motivated for personal achievements 职能类别： 其他
