职位描述： JOBDESCRIPTION Title: Associate Professional Education ManagerReport to: ProfessionalEducation and Sales Training ManagerSubordinate: NALocation: Jing’ an District, Shanghai Job purpose·Develop and executes Professional Education (PE) programs and servicesthat are aligned with DS’ strategies in China. ·Establish key relationships with Healthcare Professionals to create PEbrand awareness, the PE ecosystem.·Responsible for the logistic of PE related campaigns and activities.·Ensure all training programs meet with all third party guidelines,protocols and Country Regulatory Guidelines. Responsibility·Responsible for all PE related activities’ executionwithin China region.·Continually evaluate and measure the effectiveness of all training andeducation programs for HCPs.·Responsible for specific targeted infection diseases state strategywhere this person will work with marketing and AS team to identify trainingneeds along with communicating and executing the training strategies.·Cooperate with sales team, MKT and AS to set up the new COEs andfellowship sites in national level.·Work with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) to develop objectives, agendas andstrategies for DS Academy programs, COEs and fellowship programs.·Maintain and develop the speak pool of DS to meet the needs of PEprojects. Develop the KOLs relationship on local and national level.·Other PE and training related jobs, paper works and making PPTs. Measurable:·Assist to develop curriculums and courses for DS Academy in FY18.·Assist to set up the expert committee of DS Academy in the first halfyear of FY18.·Assist to initiate the first course in Q1 in FY18, and at least 3courses during FY18, will cover about 100 HCPs. ·Speaker pool management (Scope/Scale/Usage) with sales teams, MKT and ASteam.·Keep relationship with KOLs and develop speaks.·Put 20% energy on internal training jobs (new staff training, FST etc.) Requirement:·Education required: Bachelor degree in clinical medicine and equivalentindustry or clinical experience prefer.·Two years in Professional Education program training experiencepreferred. Five years of medical device industry preferred. Medical Educationexperience highly desirable.·Excellent interpersonal skills to relate well with various customers.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills cross functionally. ·Ability to establish proper priorities.·Fluent English skills (oral and write).·Can handle 50% traveling. 职能类别： 医疗器械市场推广
