职位描述
1.日常拜访-每天拜访辖区内15-20家药店，对本辖区零售终端客户进行公司产品宣传，入店培训，理货陈列，公关促销等日常性工作-配合公司的市场推广活动计划，开展本辖区内零售终端客户的市场推广或促销活动-对终端价格进行及时监控，发现问题及时解决并上报2.商业维护-在主管的指导下，配合商业人员维护和发展城市经销商网络的工作，保证所辖终端不缺货、不断货，提高公司产品在终端客户的覆盖率及销售-负责在本辖区内建立分销网与扩大公司产品覆盖面的工作，促进销售增长3.沟通与培训-带领本辖区内临时促销人员做好沟通，对临时促销人员提供专业性的培训、指导和帮助4.客户管理-处理、反馈本辖区内各类客户的问题，为客户提供良好的售后服务-收集本辖区内的各类客户信息、竞争对手信息并及时向主管进行反馈；建立各类客户档案，完善客户管理工作5.其他-遵守公司各项业务指南、政策、准则以及财务、销售费用管理制度，确保费用或促销品的使用符合公司的各项规定-遵守公司各项标准业务流程，按照要求完成工作-提供准确、真实的销售数据，及时完成公司规定的各项报表-完成主管指派的其它临时性工作任职要求：1.大专或以上学历，医药类、市场营销类相关专业；2.一年以上OTC销售经验；3.了解产品知识，区域市场环境以及客户关系4.具备商业敏感度，拥有很强的学习能力和销售技巧5.优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，主动积极6.能够和医学领域的专家建立良好合作关系7.创新和开发的能力8.客户导向9.拥有自我激励的能力10.演讲能力，良好的协调组织能力 职能类别： 医药代表
