Job Description:This position was assigned bloodline of resins, injection moulding and Capex. Split job scope by 60% in injection moulding/resins and 40% in Capex(fixed assets investments).A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of strategic procurement; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.In coordination with Plants and Global cross-function staff, develops leads and executes global bloodline strategies including qualification of alternative materials or sources. Ensures financial and quality objectives/requirements are clearly identified and met.1.Organize own bloodline information transparency and perform spent analysis for identifying saving opportunities.2.Prepares Requests for Proposals and oversees proposal process for assigned materials/services.3.Performs Proposal analysis, including price analyses and “Should Cost” modelling.4.Develops cost targets for negotiations, and negotiation strategy.5.Supports GMQ manufacturing Plants in Asia Pacific in developing budgeted standard cost for materials/services.6.Analyses GMQ Asia Pacific and global commodity or service market trends for assigned material/service purchases. Broadcasts opportunities to Plant Management, and where applicable GMQ regional Strategic Procurement, and recommends action plans based on market trends.7.Monitors and prepares reports for established performance metrics.8.Drafts contracts, ensuring compliance to legal and internal/external regulations and/or policies.9.Maintains contract database for assigned materials/services.10.Initiates and leads cost reduction and continuous improvement programs including alternative materials/sources, E-commerce, freight, and SAP utilization enhancements.11.Complies with cGMP, ISO, other regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs. Complies with Safety procedures.12.Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.13.Reviews and complies with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.14.Assists with various projects as assigned by a direct supervisor.15.Other duties as assigned.1) Required training and education:Bachelor degree and above in Materials or Mechanical engineering, industrial Engineering or related background， overseas education will be plus.2) Required professional experience (in years):Minimum 10 years of sourcing and supplier selection /purchasing, project management in multi-national company, be familiar with commodities of resins moulding, films, Capex. Project management experience is a prefer.3) Important personal qualities:1.Structured and results-oriented way of working.2.Comfortable to negotiate with monopolistic suppliers.3.A team player and like communications.4) Other specialized knowledge:a) Technical knowledge1.Understanding of market and market dynamics for resins.2.Understanding of basic production processes for resins, films and moulded component.3.Ability to understand trends in all three subcategories and provide relevant recommendations to stakeholders.4.Relevant work experience in plastics/injection moulding areas, preferably in medical industry.b) LanguagesMaster English, German is a prefer.c) IT skillsSAP, SRM, Good command of Word, Excel, PPT, etc.d) Product knowledgeBe familiar with medical device industry.5 ) Special personal requirements:Willingness to travel if business required. 职能类别： 医疗器械销售经理/主管
