GENERAL FUNTION基本职能Engage in product and manufacturing supporting activities within the plant to meet quality, service level, cost and business objectives.从事产品生产支持工作以达到工厂在质量，服务水平，成本和商业方面的目标。JOB RESPONSIBILITIES工作职能？Work in conjunction with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Materials counterparts on new product introduction, material change projects, cost improvement initiatives and validation activities.分别与生产部，工程部，质量部和物料部合作，开展新产品引入，物料变更，成本改善和验证等工作。？Supporting the technical needs of the BDB Operations, release testing, stability monitoring, cell culture, validating new materials and methods etc.对BDB运营提供技术支持，包括放行测试、稳定性监控、细胞培养、验证新的方法和物料等。？Implement and complete the tasks on qualification process validation or equipment validation.执行完成检验流程工艺验证或设备验证。？Participate in the initiation and investigation of existing product quality issue.参与现有产品质量问题的发起与调查。？Participate in the equipment and consumable management.参与设备及耗材的管理。？Responsible for equipment maintenance/calibration and lab daily monitoring.负责设备维护/校验及实验室的日常维护。？Develop and revise document related to group responsibility.编写及修改部门职责相关文件。？Lead or participate in assigned projects and/or tasks to promote efficiency, verification and implementation of solutions and control processing to achieve product and process conformance.参与或领导分配的项目，以促进效率提升，通过解决方案的确认、执行和工艺控制以实现产品和工艺的一致性。？Performs any other task(s) as assigned，or defined in related quality procedure.完成其他与质量程序相关的任务。JOB REQUIREMENTS职位要求Education教育？Bachelor degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Medicine, or related science with minimum of 3 years of related experience.本科学历，生物化学，生物，医学等相关专业，至少3年相关工作经验。？Master degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Medicine, or related science with minimum of 1 years of related experience.硕士学历，生物化学，生物，医学等相关专业，至少1年相关工作经验。？About 1 years working experience in immunoassay technologies.具有1年免疫分析技术的工作经验。？About 1 years working experience in Cell culture.具有1年细胞培养工作经验。？Familiar with ISO 13485 and GMP.熟悉ISO 13485和GMP规则。？Familiar with CI tool, Project Management and Validation.熟悉持续改善工具，项目管理和验证。Skill / Knowledge / Abilities技能/知识/能力？Bi-lingual (English and Mandarin), with excellent interpersonal and presentation skill.良好的中英文沟通和表达技巧。？Ability to interact and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary group.能够有效的与多部门的人沟通。？Logical approach to problem solving and troubleshooting.解决问题和排除故障的逻辑思维能力。？Background in laboratory experience (research, industrial or clinical).实验室经验(科研，工业或临床领域)。？Experience working with Flow Cytometry is a plus.优先考虑具有流式细胞仪工作经验的人。职能类别：生物工程/生物制药关键字：流式实验室检测
