职位描述

All About YouResponsibilities:?Sourcing potential partnerships, collaboration, in/out licensing opportunities and leading negotiation process.?Participant and/or lead on market analyses, strategic company initiatives, and/or product development core teams.?Developing and implementing technology valuations and market evaluations for licensing and acquisition opportunities.?Support the drafting and negotiations of MTA, OEM, NDA, licensing agreements and other commercial agreements.?Identifying and sourcing complementary technology in addition to sourcing content for company’s product offerings.?Writing business plans for grant submissions, joint ventures, collaborations and spin-offs.?Creating PowerPoint presentations and presenting company objective to internal and external customers.?Interface and liaise with cross functional Illumina team members such as marketing, legal, sales, manufacturing, and R&D.?This position does require flexibility to travel.?Perform other duties as assigned.All listed tasks and responsibilities are deemed as essential functions to this position; however, business conditions may require reasonable accommodations for additional task and responsibilities.Requirements:?5+ years proven business development experience.?Relevant scientific background and business development experience preferred or strategic marketing.?Proven ability to evaluate and solve complex problems and the strategic implications of different business approaches.?Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.?Enjoys and thrives in a team environment.?Effectively communicates with scientist, physicians, business development professionals, patent attorneys and others to achieve desired results.?Result oriented with the ability and desire to effectively manage a project from start to finish both in time and with the desired financial outcome.?Highly self-motivated with some project management skill desired.?Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook required.?Must be very detail oriented.Education:?Requires a Bachelor’s degree with an MBA preferred or alternatively a Ph.D. 职能类别： 医疗器械市场推广
