Position Summary:As a Halosource Process Scientist, you are responsible for driving process development and optimization to realize our aggressive corporate objectives. You will act as process and technical synthesis champion, marshalling resources and support across the organization to deliver process initiatives and applications supporting operation, technical, quality, sales and related functions to achieve product commercialization successfully.Your ability to stay on top of key deliverables and mitigate risk will be critical to your success. You will work together with R&D, Product Development, production, supply chain and Quality colleagues globally in technical process projects as well as communicating with Senior Management, external customers and international teams.Responsibilities:1Be responsibility for supplier chemical technology investigation, process development (lab synthesis piolet, set up QA/QC specifications and testing methods, technical optimizations for raw materials, process, products.2Establish China process organic lab and capabilities independently to respond China market quickly.3Conduct organic synthesis and the later following up and analysis work during the synthesis process with analytical instruments to support business needs.4Support customers and suppliers in pilot trial and trouble-shooting to meet product performance requirements.5Lead and communicate process project status to all stakeholders.6Work closely with project Manager, engineering, production, global R&D, and other staff to ensure efficient and timely technical process deliverables to customers.7Any Ad hoc assignment designated by his/her line managerQualifications & Requirements1Master degree or above majoring in organic synthesis or relevant major.2Strong technical knowledge and hands-on skills in organic synthesis applications, with at least 5 years working experience in fine chemical field.3Good interpersonal skill for establishing technical partnerships with strategic customers4Willing to travel on business within the country.5Team player with good communication skills both in English and Mandarin.6Good awareness and ability in applying Halosource’s quality and safety standard in lab works and day-to-day activities. 职能类别： 化工技术应用/化工工程师 医药技术研发人员 关键字： 有机合成
