职位描述： Position: Project Manager of Bio Drug DiscoveryDept: R&DReport line: VP/CSOCareer Path: Project Director or BD Manager/DirectorWorking Location: NanjingWorking Environment: Office and management orientedResponsibilities:?Lead and support drug discovery projects –plan, assign work, review data and manage resources?Coordinate different functional lines – internal R&D teams，QC, external CRO service providers and Supply Chain/Sourcing?Monitor progress and control quality and ensure delivery on time and on budge?Write/review project documentations- research plan, protocols and progress reports and final reports?Work on multiple projects with a diverse set of clients?Report progress, issues and required resources to the management team?Communicate with key clients, organize monthly meetings?Other tasks assigned by functional VP or GM.Qualifications:?PhD degree in cell biology, immunology or biotechnology or a related field?At least 2-3 years working experiences in a pharmaceutical or CRO company?Excellent organizational skills and be very detail oriented?An excellent communicator in verbal and writing form and a good listener?Good documentation and computer skills (PP, Word, Excel, etc.) are required?Strong in spoken and written English?A positive attitude to any feedback both internally and externally 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： Project Management, Bio Drug Discovery
