职位描述

As Deputy Technical Manager you will with a reference to the Technical Manager work primarily with product development and diet formulation. Among the key responsibilities you will find:?Participate in activities related to product development for the Chinese market including raw material evaluation and diet formulation?Recipe optimization?Coordinate R&D activities to support product development?Supervise feed trials?Development of written technical information on products to support Sales & Marketing?Training of Sales & Marketing staff on product technical dataThe JV technical department is based in Wuxi and works in close collaboration with colleagues in both Tongwei and BioMar. The team is responsible for product development, feed formulation, raw material evaluation, and general technical support. We have a team based approach and strong coordination exists with all relevant departments including in particular Sales, Quality Control, Production, and R&D.Requirement:As a person we expect you to able to work independently and prioritize activities. You can communicate easily and effectively with colleagues, stakeholders and customers. Your loyalty and persistence will be an asset to the JV in gaining market share with our innovative products.You will probably have at least 5 years’ experience in aquaculture production or research. You will have a university education, bachelor’s degree or higher, in aquaculture or animal sciences. You will be required to be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.Your workplace will be in Wuxi, Jiangsu, PRC. Travel within China and internationally will be required. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
