PURPOSE OF THE ROLEMedical information specialist is to provide a high quality medical information service via this medical communication platform  KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES？Support Merck customer call center in responding accurately and consistently to unsolicited inquiries from internal and external customers for marketed products, including but not limited to:1.Safety issues (Report safety issues whenever get such information)2.Drug off-label use3.Use of product in the labelled indication in patients with concomitant conditions4.Product ingredient content (latex, nickel, gluten and so on)5.Drug-drug interactions？Develop local response documents (LRD) to customer inquiries following procedures in accordance with health authority regulations, Merck compliance policy and SOPs.？Ensure timely update of LRDs to cover new products or co-promotion with other pharmaceutical companies.？Provide medical support for call center and update response guidance.？Provide trainings to call center operator.？Capture medical inquiries in oneGMI and be involved in the Global Medical Information database maintenance.？Perform literature retrieval per HCP’s inquiries according to Merck policy and SOPs.？Medical communication support to Medical Affairs (MA) teamSTRATEGIC IMPACTProvide medical information for internal and external situation analysis, academic evidences for medical strategy in related therapeutic area.EDUCATION/LANGUAGES？Master degree or above？More than 3 years medical/pharmaceutical working experiences, information experience is preferred 职能类别： 其他 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 医学信息 生物 临床 医药 制药 统计学 应用数学 数据 文献
