职位描述

Job Description:Assist team leader in leading the mAb Group in generating monoclonal antibodies for the cell signal pathway;Provide scientific expertise on designing and implementing experimental plans from antigen selection, immunization, screening to purification;Develop, track and manage detailed development program timelines, resource and budget allocations, deliverables and milestone progress, including critical path dependencies;Provide support to the management team on project updates / reports as needed;Generate the laboratory request documents. Give research presentation and share other daily laboratory operational works;Assist team leader in accomplishing other R&D duties related to mAbs.Requirements:PhD in biology, biochemistry, immunology, or a related field;Cell signal pathway research background would be a plus;Broad experience in hybridoma or display technologies is highly desired;Familiar with antibody engineering would be a plus;Knowledge of a full range of characterization of antibodies including epitope mapping, bioanalytical characterization, and immunogenicity analysis;Ability to process and communicate complex scientific information through verbal discussion, presentation or in writing;Team-working focus and excellent communications and inter-personal skills;Great command in English, computer skills, well-organized, details-orientated, and self-motivated. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 医药技术研发管理人员
