职位描述

Senior Medical Merchandiser- 5 years Experience trading in Medical Disposables and devices- Familiar with the entire merchandising process from sampling to shipping- Experience with E-mail correspondence w/ foreign customers- Ability to work under pressure and lead others in same department- Strong command of written English a MUST (CET level 6 )Duties & Responsibilities:?To set-up a proper merchandising team.?To set-up a repertoire of partner factories for all current and new clients.?To maximize profitability of all orders managed.?Overseeing orders/ projects: coordinating from Lead sheet to shipping advice, supervising merchandisers’ customer communication and being fully responsible for complete order process.?Full supervision of merchandisers: ensuring that all EMPLOYEE MANUAL requirements are followed properly.?Train and supervise merchandisers to ensure they are servicing customer as diligently as possible.?Ensuring relationships with current & new partner factories runs smoothly.?Work closely with department merchandisers and QC team to deal with any technical or quality matters when necessary.?Oversee receipt of all QC reports.?Daily and Weekly meetings.?To review all new orders with COO/CEO and then to ensure that all is properly translated and that all of customers’ requirements are met.?Assist with foreign customers when visiting our offices, visit factories, or for entertainment.?Ensuring that a professional office environment is always maintained and a harmonious relationship with all departments.Business Development:?Responsible for new business development with current and newly assigned customers.?Pro-actively develop your department by meeting goals and targets set.?Provide proper costing for all new leads/ orders from at least 3 factories and work closely with COO / CEO and factories to obtain BEST possible price/delivery on new orders.?To complete sourcing done by assistant or sourcing merchandiser, in regards to getting costing from factory and to simultaneously provide costing sheets for all leads.?Make sure all accounts, new and old, are properly serviced and quotations are provided on a timely basis (24 - 72 hrs max)Constantly watching for all related trade shows for all divisions of department, and arrange visits to find new sources. 职能类别： 高级业务跟单 医疗器械市场推广
