职位描述

Responsibilities / Duties:Laboratory Pre-Analytical Services1.Ensure proper temperature of specimens are maintained2.Ensure timely processing of kits and requisitions3.Ensure all testing requested is ordered4.Ensure timely delivery of specimens to the Laboratory5.Ensure timely communication with departments/clients concerning processing problems6.Ensure sufficient documentation of all processesSpecimen Management1.Ensure that specimens are picked up from Laboratory Pre-Analytical Services, sorted and pre-scanned into the appropriate temperature bins in a timely fashion.2.Responsible for registration and processing of specimens into correct storage temperature3.Generation and application of specialized labels to include mini labels and computer generated bar codes.4.Process, register, package and ship samples requiring special handling5.Research and resolution of problem samples and correct routing of these specimens maintaining documentation during the process.6.Accountable for accurately identifying specimens that need to be discarded and completing the discard process7.Perform domestic and/or in-house shipping procedures.8.Maintain inventory records for items used in daily workflow.9.Consolidate and move drawers as specified to effectively utilize freezer space.10.Freezer maintenanceGeneral responsibilitiesGeneral responsibilitiesFollow SOPs to guarantee compliance, uniformity, and standardization of methodsIncumbent is responsible for maintaining their complete up-to-date training file. Nonessential FunctionsOther duties as assigned Education / QualificationsGood level of general education (e.g. Diploma or Bachelor of Science degree) in Life science or related studies is preferred but not essentialExperiencePrevious healthcare, medical or laboratory experience is preferred but not essentialLocation: 浦东新区张江高科技园区李冰路151号3号楼 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
