Duties and Responsibilities: Actively contributes to the achievement of monthly BU sales targets by achieving sales, profit and merchandising objectives in key accounts together with commercial teamDefines and achieves strategic objectives of key customers in joint-business plan: sales, gross margin, profit, pricing and promotional strategy.Ensures its execution including product distribution, assortment and placement as well as specific events (exhibitions, road shows) in close collaboration with NSM, Marketing and TradeManages customer negotiations including trading terms aligned with commercial strategy to build long term partnershipConducts regular reviews with key accounts to continuously improve performance through sales data and inventory analysisContributes to training and developing of the account sales staff specially on new product launchesIdentifies new business opportunities in key accounts and work closely with Sales Manager and commercial team to translate opportunities into actionable plans Monitors competitive pressures to develop/modify commercial strategies and tactics efficiency and profitability and overall improve management of our Business with key accountsAttends networking events, conferences and exhibitions to enhance company’s visibility, maintain awareness of external factors Shares accountability within the BU of Financial Performance (top line and MOP) and executional success of new product launchesRequirements:Education/Training : Bachelor degree in Business with experience Cosmetic /FMCG and environment Excellent communication skills in English on top of Mandarin Work Experience : 5+ years of working experience in Key Account Management with 3 years working at one or two national account manager level , in Cosmetic or in FMCG companies with experience in Modern Trade Retailers Strong project management and analytical skills, ability to work and influence in a cross-functional team organization Demonstrated ability to successfully over achieve sales plans and proactively manage customer expectations to meet Business objectives Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position : Successful experience in previous KA role Behavioral skills: Strong business acumen and high level of commitment to achieve commercial success Ability to negotiate and influence external business partners at a senior level whilst meeting customer expectations Analytical and planning skills yet decision making oriented & able to quickly react to changing environment Ability to build and manage a team Excellent communication and presentation skills (English too), drive, resilience and high level of personal and professional integrity 职能类别: 其他 关键字: 重点客户经理
