职位描述
Medical Operation Specialist Summary: Responsible for Medical Operation of China, covering Medical Programs, Med website, medical training programs, etc. Ensure regional medical operation with high quality and tracking system. 1. Implementation of External Medical Cooperation program l Responsible for implementation of approved medical programs in high quality, including timeline and budget control, as well as result tracking. l Plan out the resources needed for the project and chart out a budget plan. l Prepare and present project reports on a regular basis to team members and medical management 2. Develop and maintain cordial relationships with clients and project team members l Act as a link with all stakeholders including both internal and external parties to make sure all parties know the status of a project appropriately and timely. l Conduct regular meetings with team members to make certain changes and improvements, if necessary to achieve the desired results. l Deal with problems that may arise within the project team or issues with the clients. Problem solving in all aspects related to the project. 3. Establish and maintain external key stakeholder database l Establish internal database for External Medical Cooperation, including key stakeholder mapping and external medical cooperation project tracking, etc. l Maintain the database and keep it up to date, regularly report to management on current status and updates. 4. Responsible for Med website renewing, training and tracking. 5. Well align with GMA on regional medical training program management. 6. Collect, summarize and analyze external customer’s academic needs national wide. 7. Contribute to related Project development Required Skills · Technical l Good interpersonal communication skill l Project management knowledge and skill l Fluent English in speaking, listening, reading and writing l Computer or technical knowledge · Cultural Competencies (Leadership Behaviors) l Sustain Focus on Performance l Encourage Open Discussion and Debate l Manage Change, problem solving skill · Managerial · Education Bachelor degree or above in medicine or pharmacy.
