Location: Beijing or ShanghaiPrimary Function:This position is responsible for managing and delivering the operational and financial aspects of one or more clinical studiesIt is anticipated that the assigned projects may be more complex, they may also involve multiple regions and/or disciplines.The Associate Project Director may contribute to the development of the operational strategy for new business opportunities at the project level.Key responsibility:Oversee interdisciplinary clinical research programsRepresent iVH to the customer, ensuring satisfaction levels are maintained and program deliverables are communicated effectivelyLead clinical team to ensure quality, timelines and budget managementResponsible for TMF Management Plan and quality and completeness of TMF for assigned projectsAccountable for the financial performance of each project assignedCoordinate activities and deliverables of all study conduct partners and proactively indentify and manage issuesEnsure studies are conducted in compliance with GCP, relevant SOP’s and regulatoty requirementsAccountable for maintenance of study information on a variety of databases and systemsResponsible for study management components of inspection readliness for all aspects of the study conductOversight for development and implementation of project plansPlan, coordinate and present at internal and external meetingsDirect the activities of assigned Project Support StaffPrepare project management reports for clients and managementImplement resource strategies to achieve project goalsDeveloping contingency planning and risk mitigation strategic to ensure successful delivery of study goalsParticipate in bid defense meetings where presented as potential project manager/directorLead operational input to proposal development and pricing including proposed operations strategyMay train and support new project managersImplement performance improvement and operational efficiencies within the project delivery organizationQualification:Bachelor’s degrees required; MS, MPH, PharmaD, PhD, or other advanced life science degree preferred.Ideally project management qualified i.r. Prince II or PMP/ equivalent10 yrs relevant clinical research experience with an understanding of clinical drug development and clinical trials operations7 yrs experience managing projectsStrong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirementsStrong organizational skillsStrong ability to manage time and work independentlyDirect therapeutic area expertiseHigh proficiency with full MS office applications, including MS projectExcellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to inform, influence, convince and persuadeHigh level of competence in English languageAbility to travel as necessary (approximately 25%)10 years of experience in clinical research, data management, or regulatory affairs, with at least 5 years of experience in the monitoring and management of clinical research projectAbility and willingness to travel up to 20% of the timeExcellent written and oral communication skill  职能类别： 医药技术研发管理人员 临床研究员 关键字： 项目经理 高级项目经理 Project Manager
