Job responsibilities:Provide consistent and accurate medical information responses to unsolicited reprint request from internal business partners and external customers in a timely mannerOversee Lilly China med info 3rd party vendors by reviewing deliverables, tracking undelivered re-print requests and providing feedback to responsible person to ensure accuracyGenerate an medical request case from email mailbox to systemMinimum Qualification Requirements:;Provide consistent and accurate medical information responses to unsolicited reprint request from internal business At least bachelor degree in health-related fieldDemonstrated mastery of written English and professional verbal skills in English.Demonstrated high-level end-user computer skills (e.g., databases, spreadsheets , word processing, presentations/PowerPoint and templates).Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be flexible in varying environments and with multiple customer groupsSelf-motivated and with good sense of teamwork 职能类别： 临床数据分析员 医药技术研发人员 关键字： medical 年终双薪 带薪年假 五险一金 补充医疗保险
