工作范围 The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will be a Core Team QA lead for various development projects.主要职责1.Review and approve design requirement documents, design and development plan, regulatory strategy & test strategy, verification and validation plans, data and final reports to ensure design meets design inputs and user needs;2.Facility risk assessments for new designs and design changes at various project development phases or at various CAPA project phases including failure investigation, corrections, root cause analysis, corrective & preventive actions and effectiveness check;3.Provide process audit on design reviews;4. Provide assessment on Design History Files to ensure design controland risk management deliveries are in place before exiting each design phase;5. Provide QA oversight to ensure compliance with regulations and company/local procedures.技能要求？1. A Bachelor’s degree with5+ years of experience, Master’s degree -0-3 years of experience, preferably in areas of life sciences, engineering, or quality assurance.2.Strong technical background in areas of Electrical Engineering and/or Software Engineering;3.Knowledge in instrumentation including hardware and software, and system development;4.Strong kills in problem solving and in-depth data analysis on products and processes;5.Effectively communication skills to ensure positive outcomes across a multidisciplinary team;6.Experience in Multi-functional project leadership and/or people management;7.Experience in FDA/ISO Quality System and Risk Management;8.Experience in IVDD or Medical Device Verification and Validation & Product Submission/Registration;9.Experience in transferring new products from design to production;10.Experience in production control and process validation;11.Strong technical writing skills. 职能类别： 医疗器械生产/质量管理
