职位描述

职业技能要求：熟悉生物大分子无菌检查、微生物限度检查、细菌内毒素检测等分析方法，熟悉生产厂房环境监控要求。熟悉CP、USP、EP、JP中微生物相关内容。了解QC在GMP中的要求。 岗位职责：1、负责产品无菌检查、微生物限度检查、细菌内毒素检查的分析方法开发、验证。2、对细胞株、产品实施无菌检查、微生物限度检查、细菌内毒素检查。3、对原辅料、内包材、工艺用水等实施微生物限度、细菌内毒素检查。4、对实验室菌种管理、进行培养基的促生长试验、无菌试验的阳线对照试验。5、进行洁净区日常环境监控及无菌区人员更衣确认。 职位要求：1、生物或相关专业本科以上学历。 2、一年以上制药或生物制药企业微生物实验室相关工作经验。 3、对无菌检测、微生物限度检测、细菌内毒素检测熟练掌握。 4、能阅读USP、EP、CP、JP等国外药典或翻译英文文献。 5、工作细致严谨、富有责任心，善于发现问题，解决问题，具有较强的学习能力。 职能类别： 化学分析测试员 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 微生物分析
