POSTION职位: R&D SCIENTIST II or Senior Scientist (DS) Department部门: R&D Location工作地: Suzhou苏州Job Grade职级: □JG1 □JG2 ■JG3 □JG4 □JG5 JD Version版本: 1GENERAL FUNTION基本职能This position is responsible for DS product development activities, products transfer, technical support, system verification and validation and other related activities.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES工作职能？ Engage in DS products development, transfer, process improvement, product support, and troubleshooting activities, including clinical trial, performance testing, verification and validation, data acquisition and analysis.？ Engage in DS related verification and validation testing activities in support to product development.？ Responsible for reagent preparation, equipment maintenance/calibration, preventive maintenance and lab routine monitoring and equipment trouble-shooting.？ Performs any other task(s) as assigned，or defined in related quality procedure. May serve as a team lead for a small R&D project as skill set required.？ Drafting, review and/or execution of protocols, data generation, and contribute to report preparation. ？ Assisting in simple statistical data analysis. JOB REQUIREMENTS职位要求Education教育？ Bachelor degree in Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Biology, Medicine, Pharmaceutical or other scientific fields. Candidates with Mater or PhD degree will be given prioritized review. ？ At least 1 year work experience in clinical microbiology, industrial microbiology and bacterial culture is preferred.
