职位描述： 岗位职责：1. 负责单克隆抗体的制备方面的具体实验操作，包括动物免疫、杂交瘤细胞培养、融合、单克隆筛选、腹水制备等；2. 负责和抗体筛选检测工作；3. 配合项目设计人员完成具体实验，操作细心，及时准确完成实验报告；4. 负责相关实验设备的清洁、保养和维护。 岗位要求：1.本科及以上学历，生命科学或医学相关专业；2.具有两年以上杂交瘤相关技术工作经验；3.熟悉相关检测方法，如ELISA、Western Blot、FACS等；5.具有扎实的生物化学、细胞生物学和免疫学基础；6.具有一定分析解决问题的能力，良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作精神。 职能类别： 医药技术研发人员
