职位描述： Position Description?Assist in creating, managing, and evaluating QIAGEN APAC regional Trade Management policies and procedures. Assist to ensure policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated in APAC region...?Support to provide an uninterrupted APAC Supply Chain by providing guidance and training to QIAGEN APAC and QIAGEN Supply Chain partners on Trade Management processes and procedures.?Support to comply with QIAGEN APAC regional regulatory authorities that govern the clearance of import and export shipments.?Support to maintain QIAGEN APAC record-keeping documentation specific to QIAGEN Trade Management activities in imports, exports, Trade audits, and general internal inquiries related to Trade matters and the decisions/outcome of such activities.?Support in conducting periodic reviews and audits to ensure QIAGEN APAC Trade Management procedures are implemented and adhered to as expected.?Continuously work to implement improvements in Trade through communication, monitoring, and enforcement of Trade Management and Supply Chain requirements.Position Requirement?Bachelor Degree or higher in foreign trade, and/or brokerage, and/or Custom law.?Working experience in Trade and/or Logistic Compliance role with APAC region specific knowledge.?Good business partner network in the APAC region established.?History of working independently and as part of a team.?Project management experience preferred.?Experience working with APAC Trade Compliance administrations and related authorities?Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.?Working knowledge of SAP application, specific knowledge of SAP GTS preferred.Personal Requirement?Requires some travel, domestic & international (approximately 20% travel may be required).?Prefer experience of working daily with international colleagues in the US and/or EU.?Proficiency in English and Mandarin (read, write, speak) further languages preferred. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
