职位描述： As an Director, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety projects including:-Corporate and strategies-Growth strategies in relevant sector-Business transformation and operational efficiencies-Organisational Design and Restructuring-Operational Efficiencies-Regulatory and Policy formulation-Business analytics-Mergers and acquisitions & post- merger integration strategies including operation integration, PMO, and cost reduction-Digital and Mobile SolutionsThe position responsibilities：Manage all aspects of project delivery, including the client relationship, the projects intellectual agenda, project profitability and team developmentEnsure client satisfaction with each project and its outcomesAct as a senior leader within the business coaching junior personnel and demonstrating the valuesCoach, mentor and develop the junior team on each projectAssist Partners in developing proposals for business developmentBegin taking a role in business development including the cultivation of a strong network of clientsQualifications:Required Skills and Experience:6-8 years of consulting experience from a consulting firmDeep knowledge of consumer business & retails, health care, M&A, supply chain and chemical, energy & resources industriesFluent in English and MandarinDemonstrated ability to deliver complex projectsProven capabilities for team development and coachingProven core consulting skills including: slide design, document story lining, problem solving, analytics, modellingTechnical skills: strong written and oral communications ability, foster open dialogue amongst the team, strategic thinking, strong organizational capabilityIndustry focus: Life sciences, consumer business & retails, M&A, supply chain and chemical, energy & resources with specific China knowledgeProfessional skills: strong networking ability, client management, team managementLeadership: effectively lead and mentor a team, demonstrated history of taking leadership roles both at work and outside of work 职能类别： 咨询经理 其他
