职位描述： General Manager- Medical DeviceResponsibilities:Responsible for company’s P&LIn charge national sales, plant all function operation managementLiaising with headquarter sales, taking care of rolling business plan, sales forecastManage Sales & Marketing to ensure success of growing China salesDefined market strategy, new product strategy, established yearly/monthly revenue, margin and forecast processReinforced financial control, introduced standard cost, budget/forecast, ceil-price and credit control. Setup cost center and enhanced variance managementCreate annual budgets for capital expenditures and operating expenses and closely control and monitor actual operating expenses against budget, full responsibility for independent P&LReview manufacturing overhead and modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of the plantAnticipate and satisfy all government requirements for plant operations, manage and resolve all other matters that affect completion and ultimate operation of the plantImplement, review and improve management systems to achieve company normal operations and quality objectivesImplement policies and goals in alignment with corporate policies, strategic plan and philosophiesSet review and revise objectives for each department to ensure required level of performanceAccomplish quality and timely product delivery through direct supervision and leadership of plant workforce and encourage customer-focused philosophyInstill low cost & high quality philosophy including cost reduction and unnecessary waste to ensure each function is cost-effectiveCommunicate and report operational achievements and issues to corporate top managementRequirement:B.S.,MBA preferredRich sales experience, strong sales management and channel management abilityExperienced in distributor managementMore than 15 years sales experience,5 years general manager/national sales director experience at leastSolid sales/plant operation experienceBuilding materials or related industry experience will be preferredMNC experienceStrong in leadershipResults-oriented, achievements-oriented and detail-orientedFamiliar with contemporary operational techniques such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etcGood problem solving and good communication abilityGood negotiation skills and good interpersonal skillsStrong organizational abilities and good influential skillsFlexibility with regards to work schedule to assure immediate response to circumstancesGood team builder and motivatorFluent in English 职能类别： 医疗器械销售经理/主管 关键字： 医疗器械 销售
