职位描述： 岗位职责：1.作为课题负责人或技术骨干能独立开展创新药物的研究开发的工作2.根据课题需要，查阅文献合理设计合成路线独立按时完成有机小分子药物分子和中间体的合成和表征3.分析整理活性数据和构效关系，提出合理的假设，运用包括计算机辅助设计等手段发现和优化先导化合物4.定期整理汇报研究结果，推动课题进展5.指导下属的研究工作6.保持真实详细清楚整洁的实验记录和干净的实验环境7.关注研究领域最新进展，提升自身能力和对课题的贡献Job Description:? Work independently in a collaborative team environment discovering novel therapeutics? Design, synthesize, purify and characterize novel organic compounds for a variety of therapeutic applications using modern synthetic and analytical techniques? Develop strategies for lead generation through hit validation and expansion, lead optimization and computer-based drug design approaches? Analyze biological data and establish structure-activity relationship for the research programs? Supervise junior research stuff members (research associate, associate scientist, or research scientist)? Summarize and present research results in the project and department meetings? Keep abreast of the current development in the area of research focus任职要求：1.有机化学，药物化学或相关专业博士或同等理论及实验水平，0-5年相关研究或工作经历2.具有丰富的有机实验室和小分子药物研发能力，熟练掌握有机合成、产物分离与结构鉴定技能3.工作主动敬业，踏实认真，责任心强，具有很好的创新和抗压能力4.具有基于结构的药物设计以往经验为佳5.具有优秀的沟通和执行能力，良好的团队协作精神Qualifications:? Multiple positions available depending on experiences and qualifications? Ph. D or equivalent in synthetic, organic, or medicinal chemistry with 0 -5 years postdoctoral experience in the relevant fields? Previous experience in small molecule drug discovery in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment is highly desirable? Highly motivated, innovative researcher capable of critical thinking and ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment? Proven track record of high productivity and strong organic and/or medicinal chemistry bench skills? Experience or working knowledge of structure-based drug design is a plus?
