职位描述: Position Purpose:The Admin. Assistant conducts secretarial and administrative duties for IM Centralized Services functions, which includes providing operation cost management, managing new member on boarding process, coordinating internal team meetings and trainings, and other administrative support to the whole team.The Admin. Assistant shall be able to recognize priorities and urgency, and act accordingly and work independently.Organizational Relationships:?Report to Head of IM Centralized Services Shanghai Team.?Support IM Centralized Services Shanghai Team?Support Global IM Centralized Services team.Primary Duties (fundamental components of role—both strategic & operational):1. Provide Departmental Administrative and Secretarial Support?Maintain and update employee status–Assist employee onboarding and resignation procedure–Maintain employee resume according to SOP requirement–Maintain other team information as needed, which including but not limited to contact list, Org. chart, employee basic background information, team introduction slides, etc.?Request and order office stationery for IMCS Team via Stationery Purchasing online system timely.–Monitor usage of stationary of the team and order accordingly–Distribute according to the requirements–Urgent order on special request as needed?Meeting Organization–Overall manage the department meeting following Pfizer policy, by communicating with vendors for logistic arrangement, cost negotiation, meeting materials and team buildings as needed.–Support training activities–Support each team function meetings as needed.?Team Internal Communication–Assist team internal communication–Distribute communication emails when needed?Other supporting responsibilities–Maintain office working space clean and comfortable–Timely supply of office pantry–Maintain storage room–Meeting room reservation–Collect monthly travel allowance–Assists SH Team reimbursement–Assists Team members to purchase goods of services through Ariba–Assist managers in administrative aspect, including Visa application and logistic arrangement, following and getting approval timely–Other assignments when neededTraining & EducationRequired:?College Degree or above?At least 1 year experience in secretary and administrative?Proficiency in Basic Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and other MS Office tools?Good English skills is a mustPreferred:?Major in English or Medical, or Pharmacy, or other life science is a plus?Prefer to have had experience in other pharmaceutical companies 职能类别: 经理助理/秘书 生物工程/生物制药

On October 31, 2005, Pfizer announced the official opening of China Research and Development Center (CRDC) in Shanghai. Pfizer Global Research and Development’s Center is mainly engaged in drug development activities. Much of the facility's capacity is devoted to the study design, data management and statistical analysis of global phase I-IV clinical trials, as well as the clinical study report process. In addition, CRDC is a part of Pfizer global Safety and Risk Management and covers the functions of safety data processing and assessment. The center also trains Pfizer employees in China and throughout the Asia region in internationally recognized Good Clinical Practice standards. 辉瑞公司于2005年10月31日宣布辉瑞中国研发中心正式在上海揭幕。辉瑞中国研发中心主要为全球辉瑞药物开发提供支持工作。大部分的功能是围绕在I-IV期临床试验研究设计、数据管理和生物统计分析、以及临床试验报告的部分准备工作。此外,该中心是辉瑞全球安全和风险管理部的一个分支,负责安全数据处理和评估工作。研发中心还将为辉瑞公司在中国及亚洲的其它运营部门的员工提供国际标准的临床试验管理规范(GCP)的技术培训。
