职位描述： 工作职责：1.Design, analyze, deliver high quality pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamics data to support drug discovery program.2.Responsible for assessing ADME and physicochemical properties of NCEs, plasma protein binding, permeability, solubility, stability, aggregation, from early leads, pre-clinic candidate to clinic drug candidate, at all stages of drug discovery process.3.Join project teams at the early stage to ensure effective integration of pharmacokinetics, accelerate the progress and facilitate the translational efforts at the later stage. Make dose assessments in animal models and humans.4.Work with CRO for DMPK and toxicity project. Be responsible for study design, monitor the process and ensure the DMPK and GLP-tox result for IND filling5.Maintain and enhance technical and drug development expertise, may act as technical subject matter expert in key clinical pharmacology/DMPK/Tox related area.任职资格：1.Master in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, or related field with a specific focus on pharmacokinetics or toxicity2.Pharmaceutical industry experience in the conduct of pharmacokinetic and/or pharmacodynamics support. Clinical DMPK experience is preferred3.Experience as a team member representing DMPK or Tox department on interdisciplinary project teams is desired4.Extensive team leadership and people management experience in cross function team setting5.Fluent in both Mandarin and English 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
