职位描述： About the department Novo Nordisk is a global healthcare company with more than 90 years of innovation and leadership in diabetes care. Discovery Technology China (DTC) is a fully integrated part of the Global Research (GR) of Novo Nordisk R&D and unit of excellence in turning proteins into valuable pharmaceuticals and developing innovative biologics through our protein and screening technology based target discovery platforms. We are seeking for a scientist with extensive experience in SPR/Biacore technology with profound knowledge and understanding in protein/protein interactions for our Discovery Screening Department. The position Lead SPR/Biocore core facility to support DTC unit and Novo Nordisk China R&D site Implement SPR and other biophysical technologies to provide affinity, specificity and kinetic data to support target screening, selection, characterization, and validation Drive protein/protein interaction based technology development and innovation Contribute to global NN projects by working closely with cross functional team members to provide scientific expertise and insights Build external visibility by maintaining good publication record and presenting own work at internal and external meetings Qualifications Ph.D. in biophysics, biochemistry, protein chemistry, biology or related fields with >2yrs of postdoc training or industrial working experience Excellent working knowledge and solid hand-on expertise in using SPR/Biacore or related platforms across a broad range of assays to characterize protein/protein interaction Deep understanding of protein/protein interactions as well as proteins and their biochemical and biophysical properties Proactive and collaborative to work in a dynamic, innovative, and interdependent research environment Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential Working at Novo Nordisk At Novo Nordisk, your skills, dedication and ambition help us change lives for the better.
