职位描述： 工作内容：1.参与公司药物研发项目工作；2.收集公司药物研发工作的相关资料和文献；3.负责药物申报项目实验方案设计；4.管理公司药物研发项目在外包服务公司的项目进展, 质量, 数据的真实性可靠性, 报告完整性.5.完成并提交完整实验报告，对结果进行分析总结；6.参与药物研发项目团队的建设与管理；7.提高项目完成效率。职位要求：1.有机化学，药物化学，生物化学，或分析化学等专业，有几年机上的临床药物申报经验；2.对现代新药发现方法有一定了解,最好有一定经验；3.对药物与受体的亲和力和酶生物化学有一定了解；最好有一定经验4.熟悉国内外同行业与产品发展趋势，收集相关的信息；5.主动积极，富有责任心和上进心，能独立解决问题，有较强的项目管理经验，具有优良的职业道德和团队协作精神，严谨，高效；6.熟练使用电脑、办公和专业软件 职能类别： 医药技术研发管理人员
