职位描述： Responsible for inputs to clinical trial strategy and design, regarding sample size estimation, trial database design, statistic methodology and data planning.Develop database and analysis tools (Excel/Access/…) fulfilling trial protocol and in line with trial features in sample size, match-checking and calculation methodsGuide CRA execute trial database implementation at study sites, including training to investigators of data key-inResponsible for data quality/integrity check along the study (cooperating with CRA/CRC), and raise issues to clinical study lead if any correction needed, or modification of database along the study.Responsible for database in-progress report for milestone analysis.Ensuring all source data and data files in safe storage according to company requirement and regulations.Execute database lock out and statistic analysis according to clinical trial design requirement, providing final files to clinical trial lead for study report consolidations.Hiring requirement/preference:At least 2 years clinical trial data management related experiences.Proficient in database development and statistic tools, including Excel, Access, SAS or SPSS.Master degree or above, statistic or epidemiology background preferred.Good knowledge in IVD or bio-tech, CFDA or clinical trial regulation knowledge preferred.Proficiency of English oral communication, and technical reading and writing. 职能类别： 临床数据分析员
