职位描述： Position: Medical Educator - Lactation & Human Milk Education & Clinical ServiceReports to: Medical Education Manager, Business Unit Human MilkPosition SummaryMedela is the worldwide leader in breast pump technology and a highly regarded manufacturer of breast milk feeding solution provider.The Medical Educator provides a bridge between clinical research and the marketing and sales department as well as the remaining departments within the organization. The position will be responsible for part of breastfeeding and products knowledge training. The candidate serves as EXPERT for all of breastfeeding products within the Medela organization in China. The candidate is proud to be representing the top brand, Medela. Spreading and educating the customer by the concept of breastfeeding, and improving internal staff's professional knowledge accomplishment.Essential Functions﹒Take fully response for new staff training and part of breastfeeding and products knowledge training﹒Building up employee training folder & training files﹒Develop new Course according to the needs by staff﹒Visiting hospitals & professional healthcare centers for training. Spread and promote latest lactation and human milk research results by organizing lectures & symposiums.﹒Good presentation skills﹒Internal communication and support relevant programsJob Requirements and Qualifications﹒More than 1-years work experience for training experience.
