职位描述： RESPONSIBILITIES:?Coordinate customer call to provide best attention to consumer and record all customer enquiry information. Arrangement full level of field calls and dispatch to engineers?Spare parts order processing that include:Handle warranty claim application from direct service, service providersService order export, arrangement shipmentSpare parts inventory controlCoordinate issues that related with spare parts?Support on import & export of spare parts, test tools and service demo with high efficiency?Service data management and analysis in system?Management of service assets that include:Annual test tools calibration planning and controlBe responsible to annual stock take and quarterly review of trouble shooting kits, service tools and demo machines?AdministrativeREQUIREMENTS:?At least 3 years of technical service administration experience?Be familiar with after service operation?Data management and analysis experience is preferred?Strong customer service sense?Positive and active work attitude?Effective verbal and written communication skill?Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing?Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) 职能类别： 医疗器械维修人员 技术支持/维护工程师 关键字： 技术服务 工程师 医疗器械 维修
