职位描述： MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:?In charge of marketing claim internal validation for P&C brands under supervision of Manager, including implement procedures/SOPs;?Coordination with HQ/local RA team to make sure consistency of claim validation;?Working with MKT team, provide support with necessary explanation/providing coach, etc.?Coordinate with authorities to clarify the regulation requirement on Cosmetics labeling ; Cosmetic naming and advertising claims and compliance requirement, to be smart adaptation of regulations and update the marketing claim forbidden wording database accordingly.?In charge of coordination with LVMH lawyer and IP lawyer to have a full validation of marketing claim on products.?Daily track the progress of MKT Claim Validation requests.?To Support MKT Claim Validation Manager to alert the management team about high risky cases.REQUIREMENTS:?Bachelor degree or above (Pharmacy, Medical, Chemical, French or other related education background)?2-3 years' experience in a role of cosmetics registration or claim verification or relevant working experiences; Familiar with Chinese Cosmetic registration regulations and CFDA product application requirements; understand the regulation of cosmetics claims and related authorities.?Good communications skills; with experience of multi-commercial channel internally and external authorities.?Fluent English speaking and writing (CET-6).
