职位描述： Main tasks (primary responsibilities) of the position:？Recommend business process improvements and the corresponding software development investments.？Maintain knowledge of bioinformatics literature and identify algorithms, experimental data, and/or software that can be adapted for business needs.？Technical supports for BD team (pre- and post-sales).？Database/Pipeline/Software design, integration and maintain to support business needs.？Evaluate and recommend hardware and software purchases.？Team management and IP related applications.Position requirements, qualifications and experiences:？Ph.D. in bioinformatics or computational biology？At least 5 years R&D experience in relevant post-graduate research experience in bioinformatics data analysis？Independent problem-solving capability？Excellent programming skills including Bash, R, Python/Perl/Ruby, C/C++/Java？Hands on experience with NGS data analysis including WGS, WES, RNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq, Genome Assembly, DNA Panel etc.？Strong publication records in Peer Reviewed Journals.？Open Source Software development experience.？Have good English and Chinese communication skills both written and spoken.？Possess professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.？Good initiative and proactive. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
