职位描述： QA总监 QA Director职务描述 (Job Description)：1.负责制定公司有效的质量管理体系,以确保公司质量方针得以严格执行,公司产品满足监管要求.Responsible for the establishment of an effective QA system to meet the high quality objectives of the company and the requirements of the regulatory agencies.2.负责对公司员工做定期质量培训,监督日常质量体系执行情况,组织内审,提供纠错整改方案.Responsible for quality training of staff, monitoring daily performance, conducting internal audit, and proposing corrective and preventive actions.3.根据国家及行业最新要求,不断更新质量体系 Follow up all evolving changes required by regulatory agencies and industrial standards to make sure company quality system and practice are most updated.任职要求 (Skill Requirements)：1.相关的工科或理科专业本科学历以上,在药企做过5年以上质量管理的经历，原料药经历优先；Bachelor degree in engineering or related science fields and above, must have QA experience in pharmaceutical industry for at least 5 years2.精通ISO和GMP对细胞产品质量的要求,能主动并不断学习新质量规范,并应用到工作中去.Familiar with the ISO and GMP requirements for cell therapy products, proactively and continuously update the quality management knowledge and policies, and apply to the daily work.3.做事讲原则, 抗压能力强, 工作细致有效,注重结果； High integrity, upholding principles and performing under pressure, results oriented, paying attention to details.4.良好的书面和口语表达能力，并能以中英双语为工作语言者；Effective verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as English reading and writing. 职能类别： 药品生产/质量管理
