职位描述： Job Description1.Lead the effort for routine histology, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, FISH and image quantifications.2.Provide interpretation of histological findings in human and animal tissues, and prepare study report3.Ensure deliverables with high quality at a fast turnaround time4.Be responsible for lab and instrument maintenanceRequirement1. Bachelor's degree above, major in medicine or biology, proficient in professional knowledge and technology in molecular field.2. Extensive experience in tissue collection and preservation, cryosectioning, paraffin sectioning, H & E staining, special staining, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, FISH and relevant technologies in histology/pathology;3. Familiar with the related operation process of biological laboratory, skilled for using instruments & data analysis; drive to organize & implement research and experiment of the new project.4. More than two-year hands-on and management experiences of histology/pathology study;5. Fluency in English and Mandarin, Proficient in English6. Team player. 职能类别： 医药技术研发人员
