职位描述： 岗位职责： This individual will be responsible for managing the necropsy and histology group, for overall planning of studies to conduct preclinical safety studies in compliance with protocols, company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GLP and for scheduling and monitoring training. In addition, this individual will make sure plenty of equipments and trained staffs to assue all study activities. Responsible for pathology histology activity as principal investigator (PI). · Designs a training plan specific to the skill set of each employee and the needs of the department    · Monitors training plan and progress   · Monitors performance of each direct report and recommends promotion, demotion, or disciplinary action. The Supervisor is also responsible for retraining and continuing education of staff     · Refine and improve the procedures within department    · Order plenty of equipments and ensure the working status of the equipments    · Plan overall and assign studies to each technical team and work with all supervisors to ensure the timely completion of all daily tasks· Responsible for pathology histology activity as principal investigator(PI)    · Provides input to Pathology Management on long-term staffing needs    · Actively participates in the recruitment and screening of potential new hires and transfers    任职要求： · This individual should have a bachelor’s degree in biology or a biologically related discipline.   · Approximately 3 years of work experience of the necropsy and histology with some management or supervisory experience.    · Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English.    · Must be able to lead and organize groups and have a very strong task orientation    · This individual must be flexible with working hours and willing to work overtime and weekends when necessary. 职能类别： 医药技术研发管理人员
