It may be helpful to complete this section after you have finished the other sections of the document.As part of Global Procurement’s Business Process & Operations (BP&O) team, the Regional Project Manager serves as an Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing project management capabilities & services in support of Pfizer’s P2P environment within the cluster of China, Hong Kong & Taiwan. The key areas of responsibility are:?Managing the efficient & effective use of P2P strategies & processes in the <<cluster>> cluster of markets?Providing SME consulting services to support key P2P activity including but not limited to issue resolution, training, change management, & defining business requirements?Participating in complex projects to implement new processes & capabilities in support of Global Procurement strategy & objectives as requiredThe Regional Project Manager will efficiently & effectively perform the above activities within the context of all applicable policies, procedures & guidelines. The person holding this position must understand how BP&O works with other parts of Global Procurement and the broader P2P community in order to work successfully within a cross functional business environment.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESIn order of importance, indicate the primary responsibilities critical to the performance of the role. It is recommended not to list actual tasks but focus on 5-8 essential responsibilities that highlight accountability and level of judgment required.The Regional Project Manager serves as a P2P SME providing project management capabilities & services in support of the company’s P2P environment within the cluster.?Provide SME knowledge & understanding in support of P2P global, regional & local processes, operations & tools?Maintain existing P2P processes & capabilities including deploying tools & strategies within your assigned area of responsibility?Trouble shoot & perform root cause analysis for issues including Continuous Improvement activities?Support Global Procurement’s sourcing teams through SME consulting services to ensure the most appropriate end-to-end use of the company’s P2P environment?Support the broader P2P community to help end users & business teams get the most value from Global Procurement & the company’s investments in the P2P environment?Understand the compliance environment including both legal/regulatory types of compliance and compliance to P2P processes. Remain up to date on applicable policies, procedures & guidelines?Consult, participate or lead as assigned to complex P2P projects?Obtain & use metrics & other information sources to help in the performance of the role?Perform ad hoc analysis. Use analytical skills to understand issues & develop recommendations. Use communication skills to share results, gain consensus & drive issue resolution at the cluster levelThe role is a point of contact for stakeholders in the P2P community. The person holding this position must understand how BP&O works with other aspects of Global Procurement and be able to work effectively within a cross functional business environment. In addition, the person holding this role must act in a manner demonstrating a high personal ethical standard to help ensure the objectivity of the overall procurement process and the integrity of P2P activity.任职资格:QUALIFICATIONSIndicate qualifications that are job related, consistent with business necessity and necessary for the performance of an essential function of this role including: education/licenses/certifications, relevant experience (where legally permissible), technical and/or other job-related skills.?Language skills: Fluent in English required & other languages dependent on region/location?Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree preferred?Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in finance, procurement or related field with experiences such as:?Working in Project Manager roles & using related tools?Working in a matrix organization?Understanding the implications process & technical changes will have on operational activities?Working with business, process & technical requirements to develop business solutions?Strong analytical & communication skills to effectively achieve results?Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes?Strong knowledge of ERP systems, procurement & Business Intelligence systems?Be able to work projects in parallel?Be able to engage the right people to advance work and escalate if appropriate?Be able to develop strong relationships in the P2P community?Be able to accept feedback in a constructive manner in support of both processes and personal performancePHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS (not all roles will have physical or mental requirements)Indicate any physical or mental requirements necessary for the performance of an essential function of this particular role.
