职位描述：工作职责：Maximize the value of Pfizer products to Chinese government, clinical patients and health care professional within Pfizer’s vision and mission. Responsible for organizing the execution of medical affairs strategic projects aligning with Pfizer China business strategies and policies, establish and ensure long term collaboration with the Chinese government and academic associations, with the objective of supporting Pfizer China long term business strategies, ensuring Pfizer a competitive position in market and reaching its business goals and objectives.Main responsibilities include:*Develop medical strategy for scientific collaborations and relevant medical affairs initiatives in the therapeutic area of CVM.*Responsible for implementation of a variety of strategic and tactical medical affairs projects aligning with Pfizer China business strategies and policies.*Identify medical opportunity in current trends of diagnosis, existingemerging treatment options, healthcare management, policy and unmet medical needs in defined therapeutic area as base for medical initiative and decisions*Establish strategic long term medical collaboration with Chinese government (NHFPC etc.) and academic associations.*Act as the envoy between the Chinese governmentacademic associations and Pfizer.*Exert influence on future Chinese healthcare policy to support Pfizer China business*Oversee and manage critical medical affairs projects and ensure the execution and timelines*Engage all partners from inside Pfizer Inc. and external stakeholders*Ensure stringent compliance for all related medical projects.任职资格：1.Technical*Strong project management skills*Excellent communication and influencing skills*Strong business acumen with farsighted view, strategic thinking and planning skills*Therapeutic area knowledge: Familiar with the cardiovascular disease knowledge and clinical practice of the therapeutic area*Language: Proficiency in oral and written English*Computer: Good at Microsoft Office software2.Managerial*Sustain focus on performance*Cross functional leadership skills*Manage change*Align across Pfizer3.Education*Master degree major in clinical medicine, MD or PhD is preferred.？*Additional degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Public Health (MPH) is a plus.4.Experience*3 years clinical practice in tier 3 hospitals (cardiovascular specialty is preferred)*3 years or more medical affairs experience or marketing experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies*3 years or more working experience of project management is preferred 职能类别：生物工程/生物制药
