职位描述： 岗位职责：?To develop and perform the cell-based assays and immunoassays in support of therapeutic antibody or other biotech product portfolio.?To ensure compliance to regulatory requirement, including instrument maintenance, personnel training, document drafting, review and archiving.?To conduct sample testing for lot release, in-process, stability and R&D samples.?To participate in the qualification or validation of cell-based assays and immunoassays under a GMP environment until established as part of a clinical or commercial control system.?Transfer, training and trouble-shooting of Cell-based Assays to collaborating QC labs.任职资格：?BS or MS in Biochemistry / Biotechnology, Cell Biology, Immunology or related field.?2-10 years of industrial experience in functional biochemical, cell-based assay, and potency assay.?Strong working knowledge of regulatory requirement. Experience with the use of electronic lab notebooks.?Detail-oriented and quality-driven. Solid experience with bioassay or immunoassay development, validation, and performance.?In-depth knowledge with ELISA, flow cytometry, cell signal transduction, immune regulation and mammalian cell culture.?Experience with regulatory filings preferred.?Good spoken and written communication skills in English. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 生物活性，蛋白分析，Antibody Bioassay
