职位描述： Responsibilities:?Innovation skills and leadership in characterization assays development in support of therapeutic biotech products.?Good knowledge in regulatory requirements, including instrument maintenance, personnel training, document drafting, review and archiving.?Gradually manage a team of junior scientists to conduct characterization assay development, assessment, and transfer. To ensure quality and efficiency of sample testing for in-process, release-lots characterization, stability and R&D activities.?To serve as SME or functional representative in project team.Basic Qualifications:?PhD in Analytical chemistry, chemistry, biotechnology or related field.?0-3 years of industrial experience in protein characterization?Strong technical innovation and trouble-shooting skills?In-depth knowledge with protein characterization.?Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.?Strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements, experience with regulatory filings preferred. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： protein characterization assay，质谱，蛋白分析
