JoyMed has demonstrated excellent capabilities and proven experience to a lot of international and domestic large medical device companies and targeted to grow the company to a 150 million RMB company in next 5 years and ready to IPO.Together with our Sales Leadership, we are looking to hire a talented Business Development Manager for our leading medical deviceproduct development services & contracted manufacture servicesbusiness in Shanghai& Suzhou.The Business Development Manager will sell medical device product development services & contracted manufacture services to the China medical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. The incumbent will maintain customer relationships and target and close additional business for JoyMed in China.About the Job?Marketing of the company services and capabilities to local and regional clients.?Interface between the company and the industry?Responsible for selling product development services & contracted manufacture servicesfor our TPS business unit?Responsible for setting and managing customer accounts?Responsible for achieving sales targets for assigned customer accounts?Responsible for maintaining frequent personal contact with clients (≥50% field time)?Sells services, manages customer expectations, establishes and nurtures client relationships for the sales group to achieve overall sales targets.Essential Functions?Identify & Develop new customers?Sells multiple services?Sets and manages customer expectations?Collaborates with companywide resources to achieve superior customer satisfaction?Achieves sales targetsNonessential Functions?Other duties and responsibilities as assignedResponsibilities/Duties?To develop new accounts, new business opportunities at existing accounts and new market opportunities, to generate revenue and growth for Covance.? Duties and Responsibilities:? Achieves annual sales plan.? Manages annual expense budget.? Develops account plans and partnerships with key accounts.? Provides weekly sales activity reports and monthly sales review to management.? Develops client call cycle to achieve objectives and sales plan.? Provides general intelligence on key competitors.? Participates in corporate teams to build relationships with key accounts.? Assists in determining margins and pricing with Client Services.? Hosts and organizes all new client visits.? Prepares weekly report based on template format provided by management.? Evaluates all quotations for territory and provides input to guarantee client and company requirements are met.? Assists in creating new market opportunities for JoyMed.?Travel Requirements: Identify the expected travel requirements of the position 40-60% travel?Language Skills Required ( Speaking and written): English, Mandarin?Education: BS degree or above in Bio-engineering , electrical engineering , automation ,chemical/biological?Qualification :?Plus 5+ years’ experience in medical device, life science, contract manufacturing,EMS industrial etc.?Skilled in negotiating sales contracts.?Knowledge of domestic and international registration data requirements desired.?Knowledge of computers (Word, Excel , Outlook).?Knowledge of Key Accounts (or ability to gain familiarity quickly based upon previous experience).?Experience: Required: Minimum of 2 years proven successful record in medical device, life sciences, contract manufacturing, or pharmaceutical sales. 职能类别: 医疗器械市场推广 医疗器械销售经理/主管
