职位描述： 岗位职责：1. Generate and review technical documents such as methods protocol, method transfer/qualification/ validation protocols and reports.2. Perform analytical method optimization, transfer /qualification/ validation under cGMP.3. Perform QC in-process/release/stability testing.4. Serve as technical lead to solve technical challenges and support laboratory investigations of OOS/OOT or deviation.任职要求：1. Graduate degree in biochemistry, molecular/cell biology , immunology or related fields.2. Relevant industrial working experience, BS or MS degree with 2+ year GMP experience.3. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the following fields. 1）Biochemical assays such as ELISA and qPCR. 2）Experience on developing and characterizing biochemical analytical methods.4.
