职位描述： 岗位职责：1. Generate and review technical documents such as methods protocol, method transfer/qualification/ validation protocols and reports.2. Perform analytical method optimization, transfer /qualification/ validation under cGMP.3. Perform QC in-process/release/stability testing.4. Serve as technical lead to solve technical challenges and support laboratory investigations of OOS/OOT or deviation.任职要求：1. Graduate degree in biochemistry, molecular/cell biology , immunology or related fields.2. Relevant industrial working experience, BS or MS degree with 2+ year GMP experience.3. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the following fields. 1）Biochemical assays such as ELISA and qPCR. 2）Experience on developing and characterizing biochemical analytical methods.4. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese, fluent in speaking, writing and reading.5. Critical thinking, scientific reasoning and problem solving skills. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
