职位描述： KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:1.Supports the receiving from, documenting and providing to health care professionals (HCPs) and other customers with objective & scientific, well-balanced, substantiated, up-to-date response to medical information enquires on Sanofi products or assigned therapeutic areas.oPerforms first line responding to medical enquiries according to either the local labeling, local standard responses (letters or Frequently Asked Questions), or core standard response from the global system, ensuring prompt, accurate, quality assured responses.oHandling of medical enquiries, by assisting medical managers/global in creating unique responses and ensuring existing response documents remain current.oPerform comprehensive literature searching upon HCPs and other customers’ requests and summarize the searching results as needed.2.Supports the literature search standard letters and management of scientific newsletters / intelligence reports for Sanofi products or relevant therapeutic areas.oProactively monitors the literature for new scientific information; identify publications that would be of scientific and business interest, analyze and communicate relevance of information internally in an accurate, balanced and timely manner.oMonitors the trends of medical information needs from health care professionals by regularly analyzing Frequent Asked Questions, and communicates the trend of needs with internal stakeholders.3.Supports the development and maintaining of the local Frequently-Asked-Questions (FAQ) for assigned therapeutic areas and products.4.Supports the management of medical booth in key national congress of assigned therapeutic area.5.Supports the management and quality control to company outsourced call center.6.Coordinates the selection, quality tracking and management of function related vendors.7.Undertakes variety of duties related to projects as assigned by line manager.JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:Education: A Medical or Pharmacy graduate degree or above. Major in oncology, cardiology, endocrinology are preferred.Experience & knowledge:–Above one year experience of pharmaceutical industry or other relevant experience.–Experience in searching specialized databases for the scientific community.–With relevant clinical experience as health care professional is plus.Core competencies:–Scientific literature searching ability.–Good communication and team working skills.–Proficiency in both written and spoken English.–High flexibility in handling urgent queries and moving across therapeutic areas & products, depending on project assignment, et al.–Highly result orientated. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 医药学术推广
