职位描述： Major Responsibilities1.Develop and revise the related SOP and procedure.2.Execute the routine works of microbial Lab, and assure the effectiveness.3.Perform the regular micro test (bioburden\LAL\etc.) and final report summarization.4.Perform the equipment calibration and validation or revalidation.5.Perform the clean room monitor and test, provide the report and periodical analysis.6.Response for the micro Lab document and record control.7.Response for the micro lab media preparation.8.Response for the consumable materials management9.Fulfill other temporary tasks.Performance Management1.Your performance will be reviewed normally annually by your supervisors and development targets be developed and updated based on the result of each review.2.You will receive a formal annual performance assessment at the end of each calendar year.Skills and knowledge requirement1.Technical high school or College degree major in Biochemistry, microbiology or pharmacy.2.At least 3 year laboratory work experience in medical or pharmaceutical manufactures.3.Understanding processes concerned and selected testing method, knowledge of laboratory.4.English skills (write\read) CET-45.Familiar with Microsoft office implementation6.Familiar with GMP, ISO9001 and ISO 13485 quality system.7.Team work spirit. 职能类别： 医疗器械生产/质量管理
