职位描述： Main purpose of the position:Clinical Application Specialist is to increase customer loyalty and to grow the reoccurring revenue of OR table business. He/She is to support the sales, to deliver the training and to engage the KOLs in the field. He/She plays an instrument role to train the customer, the sales team and channel partners. He/She is also responsible for the success of new product launch through driving new clinical applications, new product demonstration, and collecting customer testimonies. He/She is also responsible for building Key Account of OR table in concert with sales and service.Main responsibilities:?Responsible for the sales support of OR Table by delivering product presentation and trials;?Resposnible for after-sales OR Table training to meet the application needs, to maximize assistant system penetration and reoccuring revenue stream from the installed base;?To develop and maintain relationship with the key accounts and KOL of the respective region;?To increase the expertise and motiviation of local sales and distributors by providing the up-to-date and relevant training about product and competition;?To support the regional marketing events in terms of communication content and product demo?To provide the customer insights of unmet needs and market trend on a regular basis?Support division head on partnering opportunities and execution of deals on project basisRequired Knowledge/Skills/Experience:?Relevant academic degree with at least 3 years of solid clinical application and business experience; Medical background is preferred.?Knowledgeable of surgical procedure and patient positioning; Working experience as a surgeon is a plus.?Customer facing experience is mandatory.
