职位描述
Job Responsibilities:？Serve as a principal investigator / Senior Scientist in CDR group to support R&D studies or other product-oriented clinical projects？Develop LC/MS based analytic methods to support the development of diagnosis kits for Therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM).？Use Mass spec based technologies for biomarkers development to evaluate drug efficacy？Participate in the writing and reviewing of technical reports, SOPs, protocols or procedure etc.？Responsible for the overall conduct on LC/MS/MS project including sample analysis, data reporting, data documentation, and study archiveRequirements:？A M.S or Ph.D. in analytical chemistry/biochemistry with 1~3 years experience in Mass Spec analysis of either small molecules or protein？Able to develop LC/MS based diagnosis kits for small molecular/peptide/large molecular biomarkers？Ability to learn new technologies and solve analytical problems？Ability to work both independently and in a fast paced team environments？Strong organization and communication skills and effective interpersonal skills？Experience and knowledge on IVD product development highly preferred 职能类别： 医药技术研发管理人员
